Castelli Marble Inc. would like to announce the completion of our newest production facility in Mexico. After 7 years of double digit growth, we felt it was necessary to build a new, state-of-the-art facility with the perspective of current and future needs in mind. The new facility features over 200,000 square feet of construction, plus an additional 5 acres of land surrounding it for future expansions.
Some of the new features include: 2 Additional truck loading ramps; 15,000 square feet, fully enclosed warehouse, for finished product storage and freight consolidation; and 5,000 square feet for offices and product library
Castelli Marble is one of the few companies that wholly owns and directly operates its production facilities. We have two that are in Northern Mexico; Ciudad Lerdo, and Gomez Palacio; and a smaller facility in Tecali, Puebla. Each facility specializes in different product lines to maximize efficiency and to process available raw materials closest to the source. This synergy allows our company to quickly respond to customer needs on “fill in” stock or special orders.
We also specialize in creating special product lines for multi-distributorships or chain stores, giving them the opportunity to create private lines and customize to the needs of their regional markets.
