Does anyone know where I can get the industry specifications or tolerances for Balterio laminate.  I contacted the manufacturer this morning and the person in tech service could not provide me this information.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Balterio.com and select your flooring product - there is a product data sheet there for each product.
