Why is it every time I try and do business with HD they always mess up.  Been trying to obtain my order of DUPONT Elite flooring for over a month.  Seems to be their normal routine that if they have to order anything and tell you 7-10 days you can't receive it.  Contacted Dupont they have terrible customer service and would not even look into where my order is.  Yes, I did pay HD up front and now found overcharges that they said would be reimbursed, but to date nothing gets done. I have been unable to receive reimbursement for materials and labor charges for product and services that I can't receive.  Looks like credit card dispute along with consumer complaints to BBB.  Boy HD has gone down hill and I wouldn't buy from a mfg. (DUPONT) that doesn't care about customer satisfaction.  Pergo or Shaw here I come.  By the way the HOME DOPEY store is in Mission Viejo, CA
