My wife and I chose Kronoswiss Noblesse Brazilian Cherry in August of 2005 and have been extremely disappointed with our choice. :(
Box after box of the product has pieces that have what they call "microchips".  They are little pieces (or chips) that are broken or missing from the pieces of flooring.  Box after box also had a flaw called "cupping" by a flooring inspector specialist.  This means that the boards are not straight, rather, they are curved and the click and lock system either will not work or will only work with great difficulty for the installer.  THe flooring subsequently has raised edges (and is no longer a smooth floor).  We also experienced different die lots that caused a bright glossy board followed by mostly semi-gloss colored boards.  When first installing these, it appeared that the semi-gloss boards were dusty and all would clean up to the same look...WRONG.
I called the home office of Kronoswiss on Mar 13th 2006 in Switzerland to explain the problem.  Before I could finish my story the man in the president's office started yelling at me and then hung up.  I then called the U.S. office in Houston.  The girl, Jessica, asked me where I bought it and I gave her all the info she needed including my home phone.  She was to call me back by the end of the week.  Today, at the end of the second week, I called to ask what was happening with my complaint.  She did not return my call.
Kronoswiss builds a POOR product and they do not stand by the product when customers complain.  I would recommend to anyone that they should avoid this flooring at all costs.  We are now in March, 7 months later and our house is still "under construction" because of their product and their lack of communication.
