Hi There,

My husband and I researched the different laminate flooring options and we chose the dupont flooring for it's "quality" we had over 1800 sqft professinaly installed in april 05 and have already had to have a plank replaced because it was warping.  I have several different places that the floor is warped in my dining room (that no one ever goies into) in my entrance way, by my sliding glass door in my bed room. and also by my breakfast bar!!! I have made 3 attempts by email and by phone to get dupont to look at this.  I had my installed tell me that the edge of the dupont floor is to thin and that is why he never uses it.  I clean my floor just like the web site tells you too and still is warped.  In my opinion if you are purchasing or looking to purchase laminate flooring do your research I thought I had.  Not only am I very dissatisfied with the floor but also with the customer service.   Please! Please! let me know if any of you have had a similar experience.  Thanks so much!!
