I have read the installation instructions and downloaded the video from quickstep. Whenever installing a new plank to an existing section, the video shows interlocking the crosscut part of the plank and then tilting up the plank to lock it in long ways. It looks like the guy barely has to push it for it to go in long ways. I have found this impossible with my bare hands and have to use the block and a hammer. And I am a fairly big guy. Is this what most others have found?
Thanks

When I did mine I had to connect an entire row end to end and then connect the entire row as a unit. Don't know if this correct, but it is the method that worked for me.

When we (meaning I) were installing the floor, I held the piece I was trying to connect at an angle. I then "rocked" it towards the floor and it usually just popped in. I then tapped the longer section with the tapping block a few times. Then, I would tap the small edge to lock in with the previous piece. It just kept going like that until I (meaning hubby) needed to cut a new piece for another row. Marcy
