I posted a question before I began my installation and have over 1200 views, but no one will offer advice. I guess you have to hope your question is worthy of a reply! I think that in most all cases the manufacture says to allow for movement in floating floors.  Check the manufactures specs. to see how big the gap along all walls need to be, the size of this gap may vary according to room size.  Then check to see if the bottom edge of your base trim thickness, is going to cover the gap as well as the tounge.  If not cut the tounge!
