Everything that I have heard about laminate flooring is that you are never supposed to use any type of wax on laminate flooring.  You could try some of the laminate colored caulking to seal some cracks but that would seem kind of tedious.  Good luck.

When I was preparing to install my flooring I bought the install video for the Armstrong flooring from Lowe's. They show the installer applying a sealer on the joints of the boards prior to installing them. This may be an option for you if you have not installed your floor yet. The video was eight bucks. It was some what informative in my application.
