Are the BHK & Quick Step brands the same company? I am under that impression from researching various web sites, but can not find anything conclusive. Are they similar as far as quality?

Also, I am planning on placing a fairly large order via the Net. What are other's experiences regarding net orders for laminate? Good stories & horror stories both are welcome....
