I want to install laminate in a vacation home in northern MI. It is heated to 45 degrees during the winter when we are not there. Has anyone installed in this type of condition and what type of experiences have you had? Any problems I should look for?  I have gotten mixed statements from various stores from no problem w/ no heat to I must maintain at least 55 degree minimum temp.

I am over a crawl space w/ a vapor barrier on the ground should another be installed under laminate? And lastly, can you glue snap together in areas prone to water (such as kitchen, entries, etc.)

Any help would be appreciated!
