I just installed TrafficMaster Honey Oak Laminate.  I know water is this floors enemy, but my Lab drips water as she walks away from her water bowl.  I was told at the Home Depot that this would not be an issue.  Nobody said anything that you would see the water spots.  I can actually see the path she walked by tracing the water spots!
They come right off, once rubbed, but I want to know if this is just the floor I installed or do others have the same experience.
Also has anyone come up with any type of solution to this....
Thanks

hi
There is no answer to your problem just shift the water bowl . Changing to a differant cleaner could also help but you would have to exsperiment with it . I would keep a eye on the water and make sure it dosent start to get into the joins between the planks and make them swell .

Hi
A good old cleaner is  water and kerosene .
1 liter of water and 2 table spoons of kero.
Use a plastic container with a lit , give it a really good shake and put a little on a cloth ,like a old towel ,and use that to clean your floor .The kero has oil in it and removes a good amount of marks plus leaves a film on the surface . People that use this method have wooden and laminate floors in absolute show room condition after  5 to 8 years . Its simple and easy to use .
