Hi ,bought some flooring  from a large retailer about six months ago, two of the boards have shrunk leaving a 3/ 8th gap down the middle of my kitchen, and also the individual blocks on each board are showing signs of feathering and lifting, I contacted shop, reply was "there,s no guarentee on real wood floors " Huh is that right or is it cobblers, I will be speaking to the area manager on monday wondered if some one could provide me with some bullets
the floor is a pre-finished oak floating floor, not shure of the make but receipt says: 2 strip solid wood flooring. Thanks in avance .Ronny.
