Concrete subfloor with cracks
«
on:

After pulling up my old carpet I have found cracks along the edges of the room. It looks like they all come from where the tack strips were nailed down. Do I need to do something to the concrete before I put down the moisture barrier and padding?
TIA,
Cary Fleming
