My landlord has decided to remodel the house we live in and I have offered him that I'd do the laminate installation, but I have no clue how much I have to charge him for the labour of removing the old carpet and installing new laminate. I would appreciate if someone could be kind enough to answer this question. I know the price can depend very much on how simple and how difficault the task is, but an approximate number would be good enough for me. The area that is going to be covered with laminate is 425sft, and it includes a living room, a den, a hallway and one bedroom. With a couple of exceptions, the house has right angles pretty much everywhere. A quick response would be very much appreciated.
