I have laminated a dance studio, looks good. However dance shoes have suede or green hide on the soles, and suede on laminate is deadly in it's speed, very slipery. Does anyone know how to slow down the floor, I have tried preserving wax shavings which help, but still not suitable. Any suggestions

hi guys, just thought I would let any other would be dancing people know, I grated (cheese grater) 'preserving' wax around the floor and let our dancers work it into the floor, and the speed has become very good

I suppose the laminate flooring which you use now is of smooth surface. You should buy laminate flooring with rough suface  such as embossed surafce and diamond surface.
