I use Bona Kemi Hard Surface Cleaner.  It doesn't leave any streaks, and it's non-toxic and won't damage your laminate floor.

I bought mine at Linen N Things.  They also sell it online.

I mop with microfiber disposable cloths that attach to a sweeper.

Laminate flooring is easy to clean.  First use broom; Second, use dust collector or damp mop(but the mop should be wrung out first because laminate flooring is damp resistant instead of water resistant.)
