Hi, my  husband and I are purchasing Lock'n Seal Premium Laminate Flooring from Sam's Club.com and are going to pay an installer to install it (we just don't have the time to do it ourselves).

We are covering 1000 sqft and the rooms consist of a formal living room and dinning room (small kick wall on either side that divide those two room) rectangular foyer with two openings (one really large to the formal living room and one standard door size but with no door to the den) a galley kitchen with breakfast area with a pocket door dividing it from the formal dining and an open floor plan to the kitchen. Laundry room and 1/2 bath (The laundry room is a pass through to the half bath). It is basically everything from the front door to the right of our home's floor plan.

The installer told me that I would have to have a threshold (T molding) for every single room.  2 in the foyer for the openings to the den and formal living room. One where the kick out walls are that divide the dining room and den, one for the pocket door (dining room to kitchen) one from my den to my kitchen (open floor plan) one from my kitchen to the attached laundry and again at the doorway to the 1/2 bath. I wanted a seamless look and just cannot believe that I have to have all those thresholds. Is that correct?? I have a drawing from my home inspection of the floor plan if that helps.
