I posted this in another forum, but will briefly restate here:

My hallway is at a 90 degree angle with the light source in my living room.  Should I put a T-molding at the entrance to the hallway and transition from North-South in the living room (windows/door in North wall), to East-West in the hallway?  (I don't think I really want a T-molding in my hallway.)  Or should I install it all East-West and ignore the light source in the living room, or all North-South and ignore the "boardwalk for a hallway?"
